DORO's 'Let Love Rain On Me' Becomes Her Most Successful Single Ever
August 23, 2004The new DORO single, "Let Love Rain On Me", entered the official German Media Control single chart at position No. 65, making it the most successfull DORO single ever and her first single in the German charts since 1993.
As previously reported, the "Let Love Rain On Me" EP, released in Europe by AFM Records, hosts a crop of exclusive tracks of interest to collectors. A regular radio version of the title track (mp3 sample) is enhanced by versions sung in both Spanish ("Llueva En Mi Tu Amor") and French ("Pluie D`Amour") alongside a cover version of JUDAS PRIEST's "Breaking The Law", an exclusive acoustic version of "Rare Diamond" and the video for "Unholy Love".
In addition, two live Doro tracks, "All We Are" and WARLOCK's "Burning The Witches" are featured on the Mausoleum Records' "Twentieth Anniversary Concert" album, a split album shared with recently reformed bands OSTROGOTH and KILLER also released in August. The songs were recorded as part of the Belgian label's commemorative gig at the Vosselaar Biebob venue in May of 2002.
